I wanted to make a batch of bagels to give to a friend. I used the same
recipe I used last time, but I used 4 c. all-purpose flour (instead of 2 c. ap and 2 c. wheat), and 1 Tbsp. sugar instead of the honey. I topped half with sesame seeds, and the other half with kosher salt (I would use a rock salt next time so the crystals are bigger). These turned out great (again)!
